Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation e-mail for any errors in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Drop by your neighbors’ homes in case the courier has left the package with them.
If the delivery address is correct and the parcel has not been left at the post office or your neighbor’s house, contact the courier.
Otherwise, contact us quoting your order number.
Returns
20 days return. Not washed, not worn!
In the event of return of a product, under the conditions provided for, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the products, as well as the cost of delivery of the initial order.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
This product is made for adults. Meets the flammability, lead, cadmium, phthalates and formaldehyde level requirements. 2 year warranty in EEA and UK, established by Directive 1999/44/EC.
